Returns Policy

REFUNDS/RETURNS

For all order inquiries please email info@shopbronzi.com with the name the order was placed under and the order number, if applicable.  Please allow 1 to 2 days for a response from our customer service team.

We do not accept returns.  Each item is produced by order to cut down on waste.  This helps us to be responsible with consumption and also keeping the cost to consumer low.  Our items go directly into production to make sure our customers receive their items as soon as possible.

We do not offer exchanges.

If you received a wrong or damaged item, we sincerely apologize that you were sent the incorrect item or that the item was damaged.  We completely understand how frustrating this can be and we are here to make it right.  Please email info@shopbronzi.com with the name on the order and the order number and we will be happy to assist you right away.  Please note all order discrepancies must be reported to our customer service team within 5 days of delivery.  Claims sent past this time frame will be denied.

 

 

If the item was worn and becomes damaged, we are not responsible to replace the item and will not accept the return.

If your package was returned back to our facility, we will contact you with further instructions.
